The worst La Quinta I have ever been. The room and hallway smelled, and the first room I checked in has hair (maybe dog hair?) all over the bed and pillow. The staffs were super nice and didn’t hesitate to give me a new room, but the new room still smelled and the bed sheet had a footprint on it. I was only needing a quick sleep so didn’t bother to change again. But outside of the staffs it was definitely the worst La Quinta I have stayed at.

Check-in desk staff, the lady that was very friendly great spirit for customer service when walking into the hotel. Outside of hotel was really nice updated and seemed to working on updating inside hotel. Loved the security cameras all through out the inside and outside of hotel. Would recommend, we stayed first two nights at the Quality In, would definitely recommend La Quinta 1st to friends and family.

My family and I have been staying at this property for several years. It’s not being maintained. No TV, no internet, one usb plug in a deluxe room, dirty towels, trash left in waste cans. No additional bedding in room for sofa bed, hard to get parked. It used to be a very nice property. Past tense.

Above average facility for the price, from your welcoming staff to breakfast room, well one bad thing, the eggs weren’t that good, but I guess that’s par for course, other than that, class A experience!

Property and overall cleanliness was sub par. Stains/ smudges on walls and room doors. Paint chipping throughout. Grout/ caulk lines molded in showers. No coin machine to use washers. Laundry detergent dispenser didn’t work. But staff was very pleasant and polite.

My first room/suite was changed due to a consistent chirping sound from a room close to mine that was undergoing construction; the door was blocked open due to tile spacers that prevented the door from closing. Even with my door closed I could still hear the chirp every few minutes which would have woken me up several times in the night. The second room/suite had the same layout but the bed mattress had a thick metal wire sticking out of it which scratched my leg when I got into bed. The mattress was saggy in many areas which irritated my back. I was too tired to move my belongings to another room so I didn’t complain until the check out time. Elaine explained that they were in the process of changing out the mattresses but that didn’t help me; This room should not have been available for anyone. Also, I paid for a suite so that I could secure several of my belongings in it and not in my car. I had taken some things down to the car and when I can back the room for the rest, the cleaning personnel had blocked open the door and left it that way (after they saw I still had belongings there they left it open). It disturbed me that my stuff could have been taken by anyone going down the hall. Elaine said that she would talk to the staff about that. I think that better communication as to which rooms are no longer occupied would be a better system then just having the cleaning people go into every room. The staff were nice, pleasant. The location was convenient.
