Rooms were bright and clean with open space. The rest of the hotel was equally nice. Breakfast was good also. A big drawback is the need to valet park. The parking attendants were great. But when you add $40-$45 in parking costs, the cost of the stay increases significantly. There must be some way to accommodate self parking.

The hotel is newer and in great condition. Our room was clean except for some hairs in the shower and on the towels. The staff was very friendly. But my reason for 3 stars in you have to use Valet to park your vehicle for $30/night!!! We already paid over $200 for a basic room looking onto the entrance of the hotel (which means it wasn't anything to look at). I wish we had paid a little more and just stayed at the Delray Sands or even the Marriott down the block looked just as new and nice but had a roof top lounge at least. I wouldn't stay here again.

5 Stars! Absolutely Wonderful Stay! We had an incredible stay at Hampton Inn Delray Beach over the past week! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome with their warm hospitality and attention to detail. The room was immaculate, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The amenities, especially the pool and the breakfast buffet, exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to explore, and yet peaceful enough for a restful retreat. I can’t recommend this hotel enough – we’ll definitely be coming back for future stays!

This was one of my best stays at a hotel. I had to evacuate during hurricane Milton with my four kids and a dog. The hotel was full of pets and the rooms and lobby were absolutely immaculate. The staff was constantly making sure everyone was comfortable and everything was clean. It was an awesome continental breakfast as well. If I HAD to find something wrong it would have to be the valet parking. It’s pretty steep price at $30/day BUT we all did pay it soooo…lol. I understand why they need valet parking as parking around there is very very limited but it’s just very expensive. Otherwise I could not have asked for a more comfortable and pleasant stay during a really stressful time.

Great hotel but parking is pricey
This is a new Hampton Inn, modern and in a great location. Rooms are very clean and nicely laid out. Overall a big improvement over their older model. The one drawback that was not listed when reserving the room is the mandatory parking fee, which is $30 per day. We felt this was excessive for this type of hotel and the area. With very little options for street parking it was unavoidable.
