I dono how it’s rated 5 star , it’s so run down and toilet so dirty doors n cupboard look so damaged breakfast nothing great .i supposed to return on 20th after my trip i cancelled the hotel not worrh your money lobby looks ok but corridor horrible I rate as 2 star

Not a good rep for ITC.
This is indeed an old hotel that needs an overhaul. It is not a 4-star hotel. The phone in the room did not work for the time I stayed at the hotel. The sheets are so old that you can count the threads. The shower drain was blocked. The food comparing with other hotels that I stayed in India was mediocre. I am a member of ITC and made a mistake choosing this hotel. Stay away from it as it is a cheap and not well ran hotel.

Second time staying here and work had been done to upgrade the hotel. Rooms were clean and comfy. Near the airport. Delhi is not a walkable city due to traffic congestion noise and hawkers. Staff was excellent.
