Had many issues, cable/tv did not work well. It runs off an old cable system, audio would cut out and had call service twice. TVs are computer monitor sizes. Hot water stopped working all together, no running water twice over two days. Restaurant food is average to poor quality. Our room smelled like mildew, however another room we visited did not. Overall the hotel needs updating.

Excellent hotel next to Cannaught place in the heart of Delhi . Had a pleasant stay with breakfast and dinner included and it was a buffet with a great spread.

The Metropolitan Hotel in New Delhi offered a luxurious stay with attentive service, elegant rooms, and great amenities. The location is not necessarily walkable, but its central, making it easy to navigate. A great choice for both business and leisure travelers.

Overall good experience. Had issue with bath tub drainage but it was taken care of within minutes. Staff is great especially in dining. Thank you Stephen, Sunil, Anil and the guy who made eggs in the morning. Lots of Food options. We were early for check in but Rakesh accommodated us as quickly as they could. Will stay here again.

This was truly a memorable experience. The hotel staff was great and we felt like VIPs here. The room was amazing and so comfortable. They provided water bottles constantly and snacks for free. I would come back here in a heartbeat.
