I had to call the police to be granted a room that was paid for. I filed a report against the hotel as they were saying I didn’t had right documents when I had the passport, stamp of entry and visa. I will send you the report in writing. Expedia should not sell this hotel. No foreigner should have to go through this.

This place shouldn’t be promoted as a 5 star facility as I was welcomed by cockroaches and after a 20 min wait and arguments they offered to change the room and that rooms toilet flush was running nonstop and once again changed to the third room which was not tidy and most likely it wasn’t cleaned after the last gust left. Requested to see the manager who was hiding behind his room attendant staff and calls me 1:30am in the morning to say sorry and wasn’t interested in helping in anyway. Worst experience ever and I really hope someone from your team can take this matter with the senior management and get my money back as this is not what you expect after paying over $300 for a night. I do like the location of the hotel and felt safe in Aero City. The room was ok but dated. Beds were comfortable, but the desk chair was stained and so was the arm chair. There were absolutely zero tissue boxes on the 3 nights we stayed, and the shower head and handle was very hard and inconvenient to use. The floor of the shower is super slippery and i slipped twice. Housekeeping were very polite. The breakfast was ok and the staff working on weekdays very pleasant but the weekend staff early around 7 am was not pleasant. The never approached us and we had to chase after them to get some coffee/tea. I asked for pancakes and though one man staff took my order he never brought them. I ordered scrambled eggs on Sunday morning and the girl called me to come and get them. We tried a few fishes which were good and nobody bothered to come within the 45 mins. at breakfast to clean the table or remove the dishes or ask if we needed anything. Even when we were leaving, there were no acknowledgment which equals to poor customer service. However, on Friday and Saturday the breakfast staff was different and they were great. But the most disappointing thing that occurred is the fact that my bag was taken by another guest during the front entrance x-ray screening which you and your bags have to go through separately each time you enter the hotel. We did get the manager to review security cameras and my bag was retrieved but that took over two hours of us sitting with the manager.

The property is not up to the market standards . You don’t get what you pay for. The amenities are null. The air conditioning system was horrible. Rooms were hot and muggy. The coordination between staff members were lacking , and so had to call multiple times for the same service . The Room was booked for 3 of us , but none of the essentials in the room were enough for 3 of us. After 22 hours of long flight from the United States , it wasn’t the best experience for us , nor comfortable. I don’t think I am gonna try this property ever again .
