The staff were polite and friendly. But you need to give grace time for check out if the checkin was done late. Its difficult for ladies when travelling alone and sit in no space when they travel for short hours. Or can provde a rest place for waiting guests instead of sitting in front of the lobby.

Except the air con I had no issues the hotel is next to world mart and there is lots of entertainment,Bars etc I would definitely recommend a visit to this city within Delhi, it felt so westernised but also close enough to the real India . Hotel was superb

The property is good, the pool is well kept, rest everything is underwhelming right from housekeeping to food, it's a regular airport hotel catering mostly to cabin crews hence one should not treat it as a typical staycation hotel. The washroom was straight out of an aeroplane, cramped and made of plastic like material. I will not recommend it to anyone who is looking for a short staycation with their families as the choice of food and buffet breakfast was also limited.
