It is very close to the airport. I would have liked a courtesy shuttle service between the airport & hotel. However they provided a taxi at 4.30 AM on payment which was appreciated. I did not sample the restaurant food. The gym was well equipped.

Convenient location for our early flight out, and clean, but you do have to pay an absurd amount (relatively speaking, by India standards) for their airport shuttle service. We did not have hot water in the shower, the tv remote didn’t work, and the reading light on the bed was broken. Too short a stay to spend time calling and getting stuff fixed, but that's kind of a lot of broken stuff for a hotel at that price.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at ALOFT Hotel, Aerocity! The hotel combines style, comfort, and convenience, making it a perfect spot for travelers. It’s so good at Aloft I make it my hub between trips. The staff is very friendly and efficient. The rooms are very clean and quiet. The food is delicious especially the dosas!

Aloft is a great hotel in Aerocity. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable, and location convenient. We had a massage in the spa on the 3rd floor and that was a very nice experience. Also the cafe in the lobby is delicious! Both the coffee and chai were top notch.

Loved the location, cleanliness of property, polite and staff. The hotel is in a secure location with walking distance to nice restaurants and bars with live music. Food is excellent - with a wide variety of breakfast options for buffet. Best to include breakfast with reservation. Housekeeping does an excellent job maintaining cleanliness of rooms. Beds were very clean and comfortable. Front office and security staff are very helpful with luggage and transportation needs. Loved the free bottled (mineral) water in rooms and also freely handed out by staff whenever requested. Staff treat you like family. Overall great experience.
