TV was not working called few times no satisfied answer bed was not clean properly
It is a scam. I am not sure why it made to Expedia listing. It is not a hotel. Nothing looks like on the pictures. Everything is dirty and it is total scam. They will ask for taxi money and more room money from you before you leave the hotel. If you don't pay up, they will not get a taxi for you to get back to the Airport. This hotel needed to be delisted from Expedia immediately.
Misleading information saying there’s a shuttle service. Can do better on cleaning but there was hot water. There was TV but not working. It was in the main road. Stayed one night, had layover for flight. Name is different than in Hotel.com, the sign says Hotel Mahal only.
Hotel is near to the Airport It comes outside of Airport area which is about 3 km. Therefore hotel is between 3-4 km from the Airport and not at the Airport. One thing is here most of the hotels put wrong location showing there hotels at the Airport. But in that case atleast this hotel is showing actual location and picture of rooms. Rooms are clean and good size. Staffs are cordial. We use it for transit hotel due to complementary transfer. Thank you for your service.
Thanking you for your service. Hotel is very improved with new management. I was picked up timely from the Airport. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Hotel is very approachable and located on main road safe and secure. I recommend all who visit Delhi.

Hotel did not accept our reservation
Our reservation was not accepted. They told us that this is a hotel with new name and management. They don't have any booking by that name and number. Refused to give us a room. We had to manke a new reservation and pay again to get a room.
The hotel is full of surprises. It looked great in the photos but you get there and it looks like a dump from outside - old facade with a jumble of cables, dirty roadside; almost shocking. But inside, again, it'

My Booking included pickup from Airport . The Cars didn't come on time . Had to wait for an hour at the Airport in winter night . The driver said that he was not communicated properly.

I did not check check into this hotel because expedia fooled me into this hotel. Expdeia chraged me a hefty fund saying its a great offer and tried to put me into this crazy hotel.
Shame on you expedia !! You have lost me and friends and family from ever doing business with you !!
I was not able to find the hotel. Taxi driver went around d area asking with no luck. I had printed off confirmation from hotel which also had no phone. Number on it. Disastrous results. I imagine I was charged for the room. I had to give another hotel.
This is a total mixed bag. We did not know whether to cry or laugh at times. Airport pick up was fine. The car is ancient without seat belts at the back, driver started talking in phone while driving and I told him in no uncertain terms that he can not do that while driving with one hand. So, he continued to take all incoming calls to tell the caller that he can not talk now. The receptionist Karuna was very pleasant and helpful. We got Room 411. The guy (Rahul) took us in, turned the AC on, TV on and disappeared. The room was spacious, and clean. I turned hot water in the bathroom on (it was about 6:30 PM), started doing some work using wifi (which was good), my husband went to the bathroom and while seating at the toilet seat he got flooded with HOT water from the water heater. He jumped out before getting burnt. Called the front desk. Rahul showed up, did nothing (his intellectual ability was way below what is required to be in maintenance). Karuna realized the situation. The water heater was exactly above the toiletShe took me to see Room 204 which is a tiny hole (I booked a deluxe room). She went to see if there are any deluxe room available. Rahul showed up and took me to see "another room". It was once again 204. Dumbfounded I came back up in my room, called Karuna and asked if that was a joke. We took bucket shower, had dinner outside. For the rest, please read my Trip Advisor review because Experia has limit on words.

May be good for one night stay when you have transfer.. There is a difference between the photo and the real room. Bedsheets are overly used and stained including the pillow cover. Water does not run strong enough to clean the toilet. I have to wait for water to fill up the bucket to have a bath.
On a flip side the hotel allowed me to stay extra hours after checkout time at a nominal payment.
Pickup and drop.
I was made to wait one hour at airport even if I informed the hotel in advance of my arrival. This service was priced in my rent.
Food.
Never order the food at hotel. Food is terrible. You can go to nearby Dlf promenade market for eating.
Surroundings are terrible.

Great location and free shuttle to airport. Helpful and good staff. However, be ready for some basic amenities. A little upgrade by this hotel could make this location much better.
I notified the hotel when my flight was first changed and got confirmation that I would be picked up from the airport at the updated time. The day of my arrival I spent almost an hour trying to find the driver. I finally called the hotel and was told the driver had returned after waiting 2 hours. They offered to come back and pick me up and did try to remedy the situation. Due to the short time before I had to return to the airport I never made it to the hotel. Miscommunication prevented my stay.
