Here are the major issues with this property:
1) Like any other hotel on the Mall Road, you can't get to the property in a cab. You must either walk to the property from the Mall Road entrance or call the hotel to send their car to the Mall Road entrance. Being unable to take a car to the hotel is primarily a bigger problem for any traveler with difficulty walking. The porters carried our luggage from the Mall Road entrance to the hotel. Hiring the porters is your responsibility, by the way. 2) There is no elevator or lift for the second floor. You have to climb stairs to get to the second floor. Anyone with problems with climbing upstairs should not book any room on the second floor. 3) The gym was a joke. Two of four machines were not working at all, and one was in a bad shape. 4) The hotel has one restaurant. The breakfast was good, but the lunch and dinner menus were quite limited, and the food was of average quality. 5) The restaurant plays loud music during dinner, usually from 9.30 pm onwards. This can be pretty disruptive for the hotel guests.
