Terrible stay

I rented two rooms after my son’s birthday party so our guests from out of town would be comfortable. I checked in pretty late and after a long exhausting day, was greeted by a not so friendly or inviting front desk receptionist. As soon as I mentioned that I lived in the area her attitude turned sour. Anyways, I got into the first room the beds were poorly made, there were cheerios on the floor, and the bathroom was filthy. The second room had the sink stopper pulled out and the entire sink looked like it had mold. I didn’t even want to use the restroom. Like I said it was very late night and we were all exhausted so we went to sleep, I told the front desk about the complaints and she literally just only offered me my deposit back….. very disappointed.

Bathroom wasn’t real clean and bathroom door handle kept getting jammed. No cleaning in room or fresh towels and bath clothes were brought with 2 night stay. When I asked for clean towels at front desk, clerk said they didn’t have any. Ice machine didn’t work. Several things that just wasn’t great.

Could be just our room?

Room felt dirty. Bathroom was really old with peeling paint on the walls. Room had been repainted and there were paint splatters on fixtures, even ones that weren’t attached to a surface. Disappointed in this one. Mattresses were thin and uncomfortable. We have stayed with this chain before and been satisfied, but this one needs a refresh.

Needs a lot of updates

The staff was great. Very accommodating. The facilities left a lot to desire. There was paint missing on doors trim and walls. They replaced the fridge in the room recently and it is too big for the cabinet it was installed in. The drawers in of the dresser would not stay shut. Lastly, the plug abive the kitchenette sink was not installed properly and was not usable.

Great stay, room needs to be updated and it was a Friday night and the hallways smelled of marijuana but otherwise perfect for our one night stay.

Room was very dusty everywhere. Floors need to be vacuumed and mopped. Sheets were fresh but the comforters definitely were not. Bathroom exhaust fan sounded like a hamster got stuck in the fan. Hallway smelled like someone cooked spoiled curry. There was hair left in the shower so I had to rinse that down before using it. I’ll definitely choose a different place next time I’m in town.

Ok place to stay....better than most

Nasty room. Bed had crumbs in it at foot of bed. Hair on floors. Nasty walls. Funky roachy smell when entering buildings. Big bags of garbage out side many room doors.

It was average. Staff was helpful but sometimes dismissive and rude, especially at night. Photos of pool were misleading. Breakfast was often luke-warm and dissatisfying. Overall, you get what you paid for. Nothing special.
