Nice, clean room with comfortable space, and everyone working there was especially friendly and helpful. It was also easy to access from the highway, and a walk of just a few blocks to a nice downtown.

We had a really nice stay at the BW Black Hills Lodge. They let us check in early, which was very much appreciated! The front desk staff was super friendly! The room was okay and the bed was not the most comfortable, but overall we were very happy with our stay.

We booked at this hotel because it was listed as pet friendly. When we arrived they did not allow us to stay because we had a cat. After 30 minutes on the phone we were able to get our money back but had to spend a lot more time finding another hotel. Expedia told us we should have looked directly at the hotels website for the rules. So what is the point of Expedia.
