Nice value priced option.
Overall would stay again. Check-in and check-out was fast, price reasonable, room size generous, overall was pretty clean (few minor areas in the room that were dusty and the bathroom area needs some minor wall repair to be completed it appears). Breakfast was as you'd expect but served us fine and the coffee was hot and ready early. My only few issues...the room has both a central HVAC and a window unit. The window unit would not allow us to run the heat and the fan all the time (was not trying to run the heater all the time, but just to have the fan run to circulate the air better and white noise for sleeping...which leads to the second issue). The room was an adjoining room, obviously closed off to the whomever was in the other room, to which we could hear them VERY clearly when they talked, coughed, etc; not the end of the world but was annoying. Last thing, there is no exhaust fan in the shower / bathroom...as someone that takes hot showers is annoying. Overall solid option and for the price we paid would consider staying again if in the area.

Room stunk
The hotel lobby looks and smells great... the room was a different story. The room smelled horrible. We tried to find the smell, but couldn't find anything other than maybe the couch was really dirty. It was already late at night and we were only staying for one night, so we lived with it, but wish we would have asked for a different room. The beds are extremely firm as well. The location is close to the Interstate as well as the university which is a plus.

This Comfort Suites was clean and very comfortable, equipped with a mini-fridge and a microwave in the room. We often eat in our hotels while traveling, and there is a Wal-mart within walking distance to make that extra easy. Free breakfast with hot and cold items gets you off to a good start in the mornings.
