Really nice and beautiful hotel. The front desk staff were great. The bar/restaurant staff not so great. Bartenders guilt trip you if you order a drink they have to make because apparently they prefer you order something they can easily pour; they’re not really good at hiding their facial expressions. Other than that, a pretty good stay overaall.

It was nice. We don’t drink, but they offered us complimentary champagne when we first got there. Also, a s’mores kit for the fire pit at night. The staff were friendly, and the hotel was vintage. Everything was great!

Staff was great and after found an issue with the initial room, they found us an alternative with no issue. I will say that the hotel would not be good for anyone sensitive to smells. There was very strong aromas throughout the property from the air freshener that they were using. Having to pay for parking when I am paying for the hotel is something that I also find hard to understand.

Nice resort directly on Daytona Beach Shores. Room was spacious, clean, and updated. Bathroom was large. We had a view of the ocean, which was nice. Some rooms have balconies, but we did not. In nice weather, this would be a good feature, but it was chilly, especially in the evenings and mornings, so not a drawback at this visit. Facility has a restaurant, a bar, shops, and a very nice outdoor space on the beachfront. There were firepits, seating areas, cornhole sets, and you could rent beach chairs and umbrellas. Be aware that you are charged a daily resort fee; it was around $33 a day at our visit. This seems a bit excessive for what you get, as does the parking fee of around $26 a day. There were a couple of minor issues with our room, small enough not to detract from ratings, but worth mentioning. The closet was located in the bathroom, behind the door. So if you needed a coat or anything you decided to hang up, you had to open the bathroom door, go in, then close the door, to get your item. Also, the bathroom had metal bars below the vanity top with glass shelves for towels. This was fine, but the plumbing under the sink is open and visible and not aesthetically pleasing. All in all a nice resort, especially at the price we got on Expedia. I'm not sure I would splurge at the regular prices, which don't include the resort fee nor the parking fee.

I stay a lot in Daytona for business. Have hopped hotel to hotel. Done hopping now! I love this place. Had spa treatment before checkout fantastic. This trip felt like a vacation not a business trip as it was.

Great view, asked for room to be made up and fresh towels and it didn’t happen. Had to ask for towels when we arrived back to the room af 7pm. Had to bounce cold wings and fish @ the bar. Manager was great about it and took it off the bill along with our drinks. Spectacular view!!!

Stay was good enjoyed the bar and food. We also enjoyed Clinton the bar service person. The only negative would be the shower in the room. The glass partition did not stop the spray from getting in to the floor. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

It was an incredible stay. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean (I would’ve enjoyed a larger bathroom though). I was, however, taken back by the incidentals and “extra charges” received. I was charged a daily rate of $28 to self-park. I was also charged multiple charges for “different taxes”. Overall, after paying my original charge upfront, over $120 was kept from my $300 deposit.
