Awesome stay. Very kind staff. Comfortable bed, room has everything you need. Coffee and great, varied options for free a breakfast. Would hope that this hotel becomes pet friendly. Otherwise, I would only suggest to modernize charging stations in the rooms (I forgot my charging block but had a cord with no available adapters in the room or common areas.) Easy and free parking which was my deciding factor between this hotel and Hampton; I was pleasant surprised by all aspects of my stay. Can’t wait to stay again.

The hotel, spa and restaurant on property were absolutely lovely, however the hotel is situated right across the parking lot from a really big bridge and pedestrian walkway. This was the area of concern. Both night we stayed, locals were outside fishing off the river by the bridge and they were LOUD and inappropriate. They were smoking and drinking and never stopped talking to each other. We couldn't hear them when we went inside to sleep, but we definitely didn't have any privacy on our patio. Everything else was perfect! We'd definitely go back, we'd just ask for a room facing another direction.

We stayed here to celebrate our one year wedding anniversary and it was the perfect little spot to relax and enjoy the area. The historic building is beautiful and the rooms were very well kept. We would definitely stay here again.

The Riverview is a beautiful little hotel built in the 1800s it still has its quaint charm and the staff are very welcoming and accommodating. It's located only a few blocks from the beach and it is one of the nicest places to stay in the area.

Excellent location and cozy room. Great breakfast at the mermaid . Next door to the Riverview Grill which is perfect for watching sunsets and enjoying a cocktail at the pier.

Fantastic location, accommodations, and staff

A fantastic stay! The accommodations and the staff were excellent. An historic hotel built in 1885 I believe..the room was just the right size for us and there were some modern amenities thrown in such as the dimming lights and the shower setup. Very nice location right off Flagler Ave with the Riverview Grill on one side and the Mermaid Cafe on the other. Parking is very adequate once one figures out getting in and out of the lot. As I said...Service was outstanding and the staff very friendly. There are many other things one can take part in while here that we didn't do so my review may not reflect all the services they offer..I do know it's a great place to stay.

Quaint hotel

The hotel was so cute and the service was so nice!! I only took off one star because there was a musky smell in the room that was a bit unpleasant. Sort of like wet carpet or old AC smell. Besides that, the place was very clean, everything was in working condition and it was situated on a nice street. I traveled alone and felt very safe.
