We stayed at The Riverview for one night when we visited New Smyrna Beach for a wedding. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and we’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, unique place with kind staff! The free breakfast from The Mermaid Cafe was the icing on the cake! I have stayed here many times and I love it. Not really a place to stay with children more geared toward adults.lt is historic inn. Beautifully maintained. A very nice pool. Get breakfast right next door. I can't wait to go back again

The property is lovely. A little like stepping back in time. The bed was one of the most comfortable. The staff were wonderful, and someone is at the desk 24/7. With a spa on one side and the Riverview Grill on the other. Everything is walkable. We loved it and will be back!

It’s quaint. Our room was not exceptional for the price, we had a table and 2 chairs from our room that faced a brick wall, eye view of lift bridge. Location is quiet end of Flagler St.

Such a quaint and pleasurable stay. If you are looking for a romantic place to stay in the heart of new smyrna this is it. It is full of southern charm and hospitality. The complimentary breakfast next door at Mermaids is an added bonus

Hotel is in a convienient location, room met expectations. A little difficult getting into the location and self parking was difficult due to spring break, but the valet was able to assist. Hotel was near the bridge, so could occasionally hear traffic and bridge openings, but didn't affect sleep. Very quaint hotel and staff was great.

The whole experience was just great. We were treated like family and the front desk staff were simply the best. Everything was walkable to shops and restaurants and the property was well maintained. I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the outdoor pool was with a relaxing area to lay down and the pool was nice and warm!

Place is o.k. Rooms are tiny. Parking is difficult, limited parking that is shared with the restaurant next door and probably anybody visiting the shops on Flagler ave. Won’t stay here again.

This is an historic hotel but with lots of amenities. Convenient to walking to the beach and yet a quiet location. Breakfast is at an adjoining cafe and was very good. Staff is very welcoming.
