Service was great, excellent staff all friendly. Only downside was paying $50.00 for parking when a lot of the lot was closed off due to work being done seemed unreasonable. Spaces were not readily available. I would expect that fees be waived when that much work on the property is being done.

Outdoor pool was closed. Didn’t specify on website. Stated hot tub was closed. Brought family for Mother’s Day and was miserable because kids wanted the pool. Bath water would not get hot in master suite. Got a king suite with two double beds. Wasted money for what was supposed to be a nice family vacation Have small baby with medical g tube which is why we booked for the pool due that she cannot go on the beach and swim. Spoke to front desk supervisor. She was very rude and very unhelpful. Asked for a refund or a free Sunday night stay (not busy). Terrible customer service. Been a Hilton rewards member for years and this is how we were treated. Beautiful place. Terrible service. Would not recommend.
