Check in was great, sweet young lady. Room looked fine until I turned on lights and saw the very moldy curtains. They were removed at 11am and were not reinstalled until 8:30 that night and only after I got angry. Breakfast- was as subpar as I have ever seen. No orange juice, no eggs, no breakfast meat, no yogurt, no milk, no bagels, no muffins, and no apple juice.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Quick and easy access to food options in immediate area which was nice coming in from the cold. Only issue was with the room as the window had mildew and we had ants on the desk so we couldnt keep anything on the desk itself.

Clean, quiet and comfortable. Only issue was no tv remote. Attempted to contact desk about 10 pm. No answer despite repeated attempts. I went to lobby and front desk was deserted. I looked outside and found desk attendant outside talking with someone. No idea about what. She said someone would bring me a remote but it never happened. Breakfast was fine.

Stay Away

When we got there around 3:30 and entered the lobby it was very warm. Our room was on the 2nd floor and again it was very warm and it smelled very moldy. They wee still cleaning rooms and vacuuming with room doors open. When we entered our room, the stench of old musty dirty vacuum cleaner was filled in the room. My friend took out her Febreze. Then we look up to the wall by bathroom and there was a huge whole. I assume a missing light fixture. The bathroom is tiny, very tiny. The next day as we getting up and we move the comfortable, we see it very stain. A looked like dried up baby poop. My daughter was horrified that she was under those covers. The hallways smelled old. There were displaced individuals living there and it felt uncomfortable. The free breakfast was very underrated. I just can’t say enough. I have stayed in hotels for less and they we’re awesome.

Breakfast Was Terrible, Everyday Dried Up Biscuits And Gravy, Most Of The Juices Weren't Working, Coffee Looked Weird When Put in A Cup. Second Room That Was Reserved, Friends Were Given A Key To Room When They Got There Someone Was Already Occupying That Room, They Were Given A Second Room To Stay In, Everything Was Fine Till Saturday At Midnight When The Staff Came Pounding On The Door Saying They Have No Record Of Anybody Staying In That Room, Maybe If They Had Everything In The Computer The Right Way That Wouldn't Have Happen. When Checking Out The Next Morning Nobody Apologized For The Staff Disruption The Night Before. Didn't Get A Receipt For The Rooms Because The Staff Couldn't Figure It Out.

The lady at the front desk was really nice. The biggest thing for me was on the third floor it smelled of weed and the room did have a damp smell to it. Overall i would stay here again!
