The property is clean, heated pool inside and hot tub, location is great, beach out the back and food and shopping options out the front. Room was large with a kitchenette, low noise levels from other rooms, the staff were friendly and always willing to help. We were able to leave our luggage on our last day which was a huge bonus. Complimentary donuts for breakfast which were great. Tiki bar by the pool with a good selection of drinks available. Location was ideal in terms of restaurants with plenty of choice. I would definitely stay again.

Though the damage from the hurricane was visible, our accommodations were clean, and in good condition. The common areas well kept and staff was polite and eager to assist.

Arrived to our room to find no shower curtains on shower, tried to call office the phone didn’t work. Tv wasn’t hooked up. Was brought a shower curtain and had no pole to hang it on. Had to wait on maintenance to supply the pole just so we could shower.

A lot of repairs underway, beach access limited, pool closed (others open). The hurricane really seemed to do a number on Perry's. Disappointing visit.

Clean and neat hotel.
Everything was clean, some repairs were being done due to storm damage so only one outdoor pool was available, which wasn’t a problem. The front office was quick to fulfill requests.

Ready days after Hurricane Milton
It was alot of work for them to have the hotel ready in days after major hurricane Milton. Hotel took alot of damage, and in a short time they were ready for Biketoberfest.

Property over all was good considering a hurrine recently went thru oct 24 . Staff was friendly n helpful. Liked that they had a seperate space for our motorcycle, also with security. Only thing I didn't like was the water pressure, I have long thick hair so it took forever to wash n condition. But all in all it was a great stay.

Amazing oceanfront view!
Had an amazing mini vaca at Perry's Resort. It was clean, the room well appointed. We stayed in the oceanfront efficiency. It had a full kitchen, 2 beds, dining table and chairs and I believe the couch would also make a bed. The ocean view was so nice. It did not matter the grounds were still in disarray due to the recent hurricanes that passed through the area. We truly enjoyed the stay. Some small food choices nearby, plus a grocery store across the street. The staff we had contact with were friendly. We will stay there again.

We knew damage from the storm, we are local, so no worries. 1 elevator down was inconvenient due to the weekend. We had to pay to park our Motorcycles. I didnt like that, and it was the first time. We probably will check first, if you still gotta pay, we may book somewhere else. We have stayed at Perrys a bunch. One of us always books the room or rooms during the events.

Typical of most hotels in Daytona, the exterior of the property does not portray the best upkeep. But it certainly wasn't run down. The room was great. The view of the ocean is awesome. One of the Pools and hot tub were in great shape. The other was closed due to recent storm damage. The staff was exceptional. All of them.
