Location was perfect, walkable restaurants and stores. Close to mini golf and parks. Modern architecture and design. The room was comfortable and clean however for a senior citizen bedside lighting was dim therefore difficult to see (read a book) I had to use my phone flashlight.

rooms nicely done, pool and hot tub clean and perfect temperature perfect. no info on tv channels and had trouble keeping a channel, struggled every time to get door key to work, even had new keys made. humidity very high in room making it feel damp. A rug at door would be nice on the wood floors. blow dryer would be nice

We enjoyed our stay!! Room was bigger than expected and had a exra bed in q almost a separate room we didn't know about upon booking. Coffee machine in lobby was great 👍 the only thing that was a little concerning to me was the door to the room.. the top lock was broken and the dead bold wasnt aligned with the hole.. but i scooted the dresser in front of the door and slept good. The view was amazing, hot tub and pool were clean and well maintained. Front desk guy was friendly and helped with everything i asked for. We would stay again.

The staff was great, very friendly and patient. And the Hot tub was awesome. But we couldn't get the deadbolt on our door to lock which made us feel very unsafe since we were on the ground level with high traffic and with no lock on the gate that lead onto the beach. Could definitely use a total paint job.

When I arrived the room I had reserved was unavailable. Meaning the key would not work and they had no one on staff that could help get into the room. The room I booked was a room that had a jacuzzi tab in it. The lady at the front desk tried to help me called people no one would help her. It appears as if the owners or the managers were aware that the door would not work before I arrived. The lady at the front desk did the best she could she put me in another room. That room had only a stand-up shower. The curtains were dirty The throw pillows that were on the bed were dirty. There were no lights in the back of the building (which may have been due to the recent hurricane so I cannot fault them for that.) The pictures online are pictures of the best parts of the rooms. It does not show the dirtiness of the walls or around the edge of the floors or the dirty throw pillow and curtains. The lady at the front desk was very helpful to the best of her ability.

The first man at the front was very unfriendly. The man who checked us out was friendly. The hotel room was clean, and the balcony was nice. The hot tub was perfect. The breakfast consisted of yogurt, fruit and muffins. The hotel has been updated.

Staff was wonderful. We stayed in the King with Jacuzzi. Jacuzzi was cracked and repaired. Room was dark and dank. Not what I would call a Boutique hotel. We weren't impressed with "breakfast".

Absolutely ridiculous! No power the WHOLE STAY!
We had NO POWER !! The employee told us when we came at 7pm that the power just went out, we were told it was getting addressed so we were able to check in and go to our room, we had to use our phone lights to see, we’ll hours kept going by with no power, I finally fell asleep with the balcony door open and had a horrible sleep, got up the next morning with no power still! We couldn’t shower,have the tv on or a light or get our free breakfast nothing was used except the bed to go to sleep! I also got on google to check the outage map and it stated the power was out since 2:47 pm!!! Had he told us that we would’ve went to a different hotel! I was very upset about it, we actually left Daytona early because of it and I originally wanted to stay til about 6-7 pm! I do expect a refund and I won’t stop until I get one because that was absolutely ridiculous!

It is a fine place to stay. Our only issues that they need a heater for the bathroom and a light in the kitchen. The people there are super nice.
