The ice maker was broken on our floor and had to take the elevator to another floor to get ice The carpet in our hallway was wet and had big blower in front of our door and kept us up most of the night.

Water leaking from ceiling that created mold all over and water all over ceiling and floor. Had to use restroom last night with water dripping on me and dry my feet getting back in bed. For the price did not expect this

I love staying here when I visit Daytona. The staff is also pleasant and helpful. And the hotel is in an central location; quick and easy access to dining and shopping. Looking forward to going back soon‼️

The Holiday Inn & Suites Daytona Beach on the Ocean was a very nice place to stay. I will stay there again. I don't if was my fault are not. The only thing that I was not pleased with was the room did not have a balcony. Had a ocean view. I was unable to take the photos I needed from a high vantage point. To change room would cost more money.
