The staff was amazing. Sam at the front desk tried to accommodate to the beat of his ability without making me feel like a pain. But smokers ruined the balcony stay, which is why i chose that space. The AC unit kept me up all night, the neighbor blared his tv each night and speaking of TV there should be the ability to connect our personal stream service and be subject to cable and commercials. Staff excellent. Space not so much.

I just needed a place on a Wednesday, this place worked perfect. Really nice Jamaican lady at the front desk who knew her stuff. If I’m back in the area, i’m looking at this place first. I’m also a sucker for dedicated show stalls (non-tub-shower)

Staff were friendly, lobby was very clean. The room was decent, it could have been cleaned a lot better though. We found a hat behind the headboard/bed area and the toilet made a buzzing sound like air was coming through somewhere? Not sure, but for one night while we went to the beach it wasn’t horrible, we only stayed to sleep and I’ve stayed in so much worse. This was a step up for me. I would probably stay here again at some point

This property is in a very convenient location. There's a shopping center across the street, there's direct beach access and plenty of places to eat and shop. Avoid room 107 if you want to relax. My room was near the elevator and outside pool entrance. Once we entered the room we could see people passing by in the pool area. People are able to see inside your room because the room was so close to the tiki bar and pool. I wasn't able to enjoy the natural sunlight and sounds of the ocean from my patio because of the extra noise from families enjoying themselves in the pool and traffic entering and exiting the hallway and elevators. I would suggest staying on upper levels during peek seasons for more privacy and relaxation.
