Property and staff were great. Staff was very welcoming and professional. However room remodeling and upgrades are needed, especially in the bathroom. Wallpaper was coming down and bathroom flooring and tub were outdated and need to be replaced IMMEDIATELY.

Please get a hotel rooms remodeled
The whole hotel needs a facelift bad. Authorities don’t work well and rooms smell and feel dingy. Bathrooms are super old with cracked tiles everywhere and rusty fixtures.

Out of 4 elevators 2 worked. Vending machine on my floor didn't work the one I went to on the other floor below gave warm sodas. Charged for resort amenities and they don't even have enough staff for room service late. Definitely not what I expect from HILTON

In general, the employees are very friendly and courteous. The only complaints I have were that one of the parking valets, when he noticed that my English was not that good, went to laugh in a derogatory way with another employee and it made me feel very bad and now he Last day at breakfast the waitress was very friendly and attentive but she did not offer me the same drinks that she offered to another table that arrived after us in fact she served the drinks in different glasses than mine that is my only complaint after everything very good.
