The hotel is in a great area. We booked the cabana and immediately walking in we saw a roach. Thank goodness my husband caught it but that turned me off right away! The bathroom was not very clean and hotel room had an awkward layout. The closet had no door but a curtain. It just had very old vibes and needed some updates. Maybe the rooms inside were nicer but I wouldn’t know!

It sucks on a weekend you have a dance competition. And the hotel is packed you have one elevator working. The lines were crazy long also you have two towers. But check in is on the north tower. But you have a south tower with no check in. I requested the south tower because I had reservations at hype park. But was put on the north tower. Which was very disappointing the manager tried to get me a room on the south tower. So I thank him for that at least trying. But again to have to towers and can only check in to one is crazy. Also had a kids jumping and making noises next door which was loud until about 11pm. Had to call the front desk two times about this then it eventually stopped. It was a surprise birthday getaway for my wife. And yeah it was ok but could’ve been better. I’ll come back to the restaurant probably not the hotel. But the staff was amazing

The property was in a great location, but if you were on the city view, you could hear drivers drag racing up and down the strip. They also had a resort fee along with a expensive daily parking fee.

Everything at our stay was wonderful!! Staff and cleanliness were on point. Only complaint are the elevators. Other than that everything was wonderful!

It’s nice in theory. Oceanfront room is a huge plus; however, these rooms are so so so outdated and not so clean. The rooms are hot, old, a bit dirty. The beds are extremely uncomfortable, the bathrooms had so much rust and possible mold. The wallpaper was falling off and it was so extremely dusty in all areas of the room. There are a lot of homeless people that hangout outside of the property by the beach and a lot beer bottles and other bottles right outside when you walk downstairs to go to the beach. However, The restaurant they have downstairs to the left of the hotel was delicious!

For the cost to stay here at this “resort” it should’ve been a way better experience the rooms are outdated the room / carpet had a wet smell for the price with all the “resort” fees you would think things would be better than they were i would NEVER stay here again.

Worst Hilton
There are different towers at this Hilton, and you want to be in the South Tower—those rooms are renovated. Unfortunately, despite the hotel being empty, they put all three of our rooms in the North Tower. Two of the rooms had no A/C, and one had a non-working shower. When we asked to switch, they claimed they were fully booked. Very disappointing experience.

Pictures online were deceiving. Tiles were cracked without the hotel, elevator wasn’t working, North tower entrance wasn’t working. Now for the room, our bathroom had mold and cracked tiles everywhere. Stains all around the carpet, office chair was ripped, the smell of the room wasn’t the greatest. Our phone wasn’t working so we couldn’t call front desk. Our bathroom door lock was broken and our “balcony” was the size of half a foot long sub.
