A coulpeof small things adds up quick. First the room was average, only one trash can in the entire room. Balcony door wouldn't open so no access to use. Although I called front desk on night one stay was 3days. Phone needed directions to use. Ballet parking. I was driving a stick. All staff didn't know how to drive a stick (manual) so i had to park it myself. My complimented drinks were excellent. But i forgot to use it my other two days...but yeah i left feeling like i could've saved myself a few hundred buck and stayed at the Hilton.

The hotel was just average. We were placed in a room that should have been ocean view which wasn’t. The platform bed was larger than the mattress and I tripped and fell bruising my leg. We order drinks in the restaurant but was constantly asked if we wanted to order food. Not the best of experiences.

The Hard Rock Daytona was so great. I came in with my dog and they were so accommodating, asking if I needed a dog bed and bowl. The staff was so nice and jumped to take care of anything we needed. Room was nice. Very roomy. Great view right on the beach. Nice pool area too. The restaurant food was pretty good. Their mixed drinks were awesome.

Staff was very hospitable. We were staying for my wife's birthday and the Manager sent a giant piece of cake along with 2 drink tickets to our room while we were out. All staff were friendly even with hurricane Milton coming. We will definitely stay here again.
