It was nasty. Roaches everywhere. We didn't stay the night we left and slept in our car. I mean nasty nasty nasty motel. They should be ashamed of themselves . We lost everything in hurricane milton. And to have to deal with them as well as charging me twice. Never again will I stay at days inn Daytona beach

I will need a full refund for my room due to the fact that when I arrived at the hotel the parking lot was under water, power was out and the only staff were maintenance which informed me that there were no rooms available and the hotel was closed! Obviously I never was able to check in! I am expecting a FULL REFUND ON MY CREDIT CARD FOR THIS ROOM. Expedia should have NEVER taken my reservation as I drove a great distance to get there then had to find and secure another room approximately 45 minutes away!

Wet hurricane no sandbags on the first floor
My room flooded so bad I had to get out of bed and go to my car which was engulfed in water aaa well I am 70 and could of got hurt bad I expect a refund and a call no one is answering the phone today plus they don’t have power I called corporate they refer me to the manager at the hotel

Worked well for overnight
Front desk and all staff professional and polite. Bathroom sink had a small leak in the U-joint of pipe. Dresser had one bent knob, noticed upon entry. AC worked perfectly, room was impeccably clean. Overall, a nice stay, peaceful and comfortable.

When I went to open the room we were assigned to the lady at the front desk had to kick the door to get it open. When i was going to shower noticed there were roaches inside the bathroom tub.

Mold everywhere, cockroaches on the walls and bed. Hands down worst hotel I’ve ever been too. Slept at the end of the bed w lights on so I wasn’t attacked by roaches. Front desk added a security deposit they then messed up not even sure how many charges I had from them. The hotel needs to just be torn down, property is barely hanging on.
