When you enter the room bugs are crawling on the floor in front of you. Bathroom dirty. Hotel Manager "Alex" very rude. When calling others staff member are rude as well

Room ac didn't work or heat .roo was stinky smelly and the microwave and fridge was dirty. No microwave tray in the microwave. Just overall worst experience I ever had.

Room was dirty, gentlemen at the desk didn't care either. Felt bad for the desk lady as we left a day early due to dirty. She said if she knew she would have cleaned the room. We get it was a super busy weekend, that's why we were there. Left early, paid too drove back to Kissimmee. Cleaner there

Noticed cockroaches in the room. There were bunch of someone else clothes in the draw as if someone was using that room when not rented. Sheets were not clean. Definitely do not go by the pictures.

The rooms are in horrible condition. They are old and out dated. The picture that comes up for that hotel is not the actual place.i would never stay their or recommend this hotel

Hotel room was okay. Staff was good. I stayed 3 days and my room was never cleaned or fresh towels brought by. There were these small roaches in the room. Not many but disgusting.

Like many hotels near hurricane prone areas, this one has had its share of battering. It was a clean as could be, furniture really old and beat up. Toilet, wayyyyyyy to low, especially for us elderly and weight challenged. Beds were comfy but creaky and pillows were nice, not rock hard.
