Horrendous

Dirty bed sheets, toilet still had the s***t of some previous user on it. There was a kitchenette but was so run down to be unusable. Sometimes they close the reception and disappear for hours without any way to ttrack them down, for example if you need help with the room. Only good news wes that my room had a nice see view. But the value was poor overall. Certainly not worth your money. Plenty of better places in Daytona or Ormond Beach.

Great view

This is a very old cinder block motel. Room was ok because of the great view of the ocean. My biggest complaint was whatever they used to clean the room, yes the room was very clean, was very strong and burned my eyes. We left the patio door open and the other door open to clear it out. Our other complaint No ICE!

I knew going in that it wasnt going to be GREAT because of the low price we paid.....but that being said.....the pool area was damaged and the pool bathroom was disgusting the light didnt even work...it was loud you could hear ppl talking outside....it smelled of pot and cigarettes...we like to open our balcony door to listen to the ocean and we couldn't! We arrived before check in time and the front desk said they would call us when room was ready but they never did! The room was dirty .frig was dirty hair in bathtub and towels were stained.....there were holes in the blanket the hairdryer didnt work....etc. it rained and water came in our door and soaked the floor also water leaked through the ceiling and we had to put a garbage can under it!only good things were the price and location. Worst low budget motel ive ever stayed at!

No air conditioning!

I guess you get what you pay for. We knew the property was older so our expectations were not high, Upon entering the room we noticed how HOT ( per the thermostat it was 85 degrees) the room was. We tried to turn the air conditioning on and it only had heat. The front desk told us that is all they had. They suggested we open the patio doors. Not on a bet, first floor room! The kitchenette was less than clean with what appeared to be ramen noodles on the sink and front of cabinet. In the bathroom there was a crawl space access with an ill fitting top. The television only had 1 channel. It was a news channel from the tampa area, not even local. It is ashame, the property could really be nice if there was regular upkeep. Would not recommend under any circumstance.

Great friendly check in. View of ocean & sand beach. New paint , but it is older property. No breakfast snacks. Room has full size fridge & stove. Hot water was instant. But property is older; so price was right for one night.

I like the way the front desk person was helpful and courteous. I didn’t like that the floors were very dirty had not been mopped or swept, the bedspread had dried chocolate or feces on the side of the bed and the pillow had mold in it. There was no microwave in the room and the smoke detector was laying on the counter with no battery in it. There was trash outside on the patio that we swept up so we could sit outside. We cleaned the floor inside and luckily I always bring an extra top sheet and my own blankets.

See file number 06411009 spoke to customer service agent John Lloyd after we checked in asked for a refund or to be moved to another hotel. Room was not clean toilet did not flush had to wait 10. Min for tank ti fill up to flush. Sheets dirty had black long hairs , pictures included in the file. We asked to change rooms but checkin clerk said he would move us we waited 25 min he never came till I went out he was busy drinking beer on back of maintenance truck fosters beer he stormed up gave me new keys to a room that was as bad these sheets were clean but everything else had to be cleaned with my own Lysol wipes food on the table I had to wash dishes and use wash cloth and had towel , to cook dinner one pot . Only 1 fork in drawer no can opener frypan was moldy no hot water I am a flight attendant have stayed in thousand of hotels this was by far the worst ever. We checked out at 6 am Handle on patio door was broken wouldn’t lock and had a duck tape holding it to the door this place deserves to get a 1 not a 7 I hope I receive my money back and no one had to stay here
