Great place to stay!
Everything was wonderful! This was a weekend trip for me and my daughters, the cottage was cute, clean, and comfortable! We enjoyed the view and quick access to the beach. The front desk staff were so friendly and kind. We had no issues and would definitely stay here again!!

I am so glad that my daughter and ai found this property for our impromptu New Years trip! This place is an absolute gem! There isn’t anything about it that was disappointing. Beautiful view with a very clean room. Everyone that I talked to at the front desk was so pleasant and helpful! Michal was an absolutely wonderful housekeeper! We had to leave early due to a snowstorm headed to our home and I have never had such an understanding manager to help us with this unfortunate early departure. We will definitely be headed back to Coral Sands Inn!

It’s ok.
This property has an excellent location. There were some problems. They wouldn’t let us check in until checkin time. We were less than an hour before checkin time but they made us wait. They kept saying their computer was down so we couldn’t check in. The elevator didn’t work. They did get it going right away. The rooms have very few electrical outlets so bringing a long extension cord, 10-20 ft, if you want to watch tv on your iPad or read your iPhone in bed. The plugs are on one side & the beds on the other. They have a tv but no service. You have to check in with your own streaming service or use your iPad or computer.

This historical Florida Beach side hotel was an absolute gem. Very affordable for tge beautifully decorated and comforting, with a view right at the ocean. And they are not exaggerating - the beach IS just directly behind their lovely and large swimming pool, you can get to it right from the patio by the pool deck! They even had this nice gazebo on the property we used to have a mini family reunion lunch. And all of this for a comparable price to a Holiday or Comfort Inn- we just could not believe how beautiful it was!

This is a very old outdated hotel. Bathroom is in dire need of updating so it was difficult to tell if it was just old or dirty. Beds were comfortable. It is right on the ocean and the pool looked nice, though we did not use it. I would not stay here again.

I booked this on a whim while I was traveling down to Florida from Ohio last minute to see family. I read through some of the reviews and it seemed like a good pick. It exceeded my expectations! The grounds were very well maintained and clean. The pool was heated (bonus when it was only 60 outside!) and very clean. It was right on the ocean too! We got upgraded to the room with the kitchen/dinette in it and it was also very nice. The bathroom could use a fan and a little updating but the room itself was clean and comfortable. My only complaint is that the a/c did not work properly and the amount of humidity in our room was rough at times — everything felt wet. But thankfully it was chilly during our stay, so we mainly kept the door open for fresh air and to cool it off. The front desk staff were very nice and accommodating. It is walkable to restaurants and shopping. The area is very nice. We will definitely stay here again!! Definitely recommend staying here!

Great experience for a last minute reservation. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Room was really dated but still clean. Location was great with lovely pool (we didn't use it but it looked well kept). Beach access was a highlight. Would definitely stay again.

1st trip to Coral Sands
From the front desk and check in to check out, there was not one thing we could critique negatively! From the first greeting upon arrival, to the wonderful sunset and sunrise views of the Atlantic, we couldn't ask for from this little hotel. We will return!
