I had a 4 pm check in ,get there to be told there's no power,and was told it would be on at 4:15 and never was,no communication,I should have been notified about outage,had to scramble and get another room last minute 😡😡

Power was out. The staff left the building after hours. The stsff opened or door while we were out for the evening leaving the door open with stuff in the room while we were away.

Ok so when we got there there’s a sign on the door that says there’s no wifi and the pool is closed. It also mentioned electrical issues and that the property is still under renovations. For the price I wasn’t expecting a lot so the room was fine. It was clean. There was no mirror in the bathroom which was weird. The first day the hallway lights were out. The second day the rooms had no electricity at all. All of our food that was in the fridge from the first day spoiled. We weren’t able to do most of the things we planned the second day due to no lights. It was pretty disappointing but we made due. To me I just thought someone from the office would at least leave notes on the door to apologize for the inconvenience…but they only had a sign on the front office door with a number to call if we needed anything… If someone falls down the stairs since it’s pitch black outside and the elevator doesn’t work they’d probably get sued.

The rooms are subpar at best, not even a mirror in the bathroom. The location was ok and the staff was nice enough. No power the last night for no reason and it was a mess!!!! Would not recommend.

Expedia should be ashamed of having this accommodation on its books. The room didn’t lock and we had to change rooms. Few of the light fixtures worked and the furniture was in appalling condition. Lamps were rusted and the floors were dusty and there were no mirrors either in bathroom or bedroom. There was no wifi and the staff (one person) had little idea of what was going on. You should give me a free rental in return. I shall not be using Expedia again otherwise. A horrible experience.

So other than a couple of issues the stay was fine. We came for BikeToberfest right after Hurricane Milton just smacked Florida. But we wanted to come and support and area that was in need of business after the damage done! Are only issue at the hotel was the AC went out and the TV didn’t work! Luckily the weather was great at night so we slept with the sliding door facing the ocean open! The staff was friendly and helpful. The manager refunded a portion of our stay due to the inconvenience we had which was greatly appreciated. All in all a good place to stay.

Thought by the online reviews this place might be decent. Totally wrong as this is run down and very dirty. The front desk lady was very apologetic as our room had no mirror(nightmare for the wife) and we had no towels. They did have some issues with Hurricane Milton but this place wouldn’t have been any better if that didn’t happen. First and last for us at this place.

It was better than expected based on recent reviews. Room was clean. Pool nice. Definitely needs updating. Also the curb to the parking area needs to be painted. Not hotel fault but a problem ! Blew out our tire. Others staying had same problem. Would probably stay again.

The pictures on the site were deceptive. There was black mold in every room. I am asthmatic and could not stay due to the mold. The windows were cracked and patched up with cardboard. We requested our money back and are waiting on the refund.

Most everything in the room was dirty or broken. We worried about bed bugs! The mattress was actually comfortable but the Matt pad was filthy. Staff was nice Property was dated and dirty Room door would not shut and there were multiple holes in the walls that you could see out side. No parking when I came back late from a race. Only great thing was the view, so I guess you kinda get away with all the other stuff…I give it a solid 2
