I could see the rooms have been recently redone. Color scheme is pleasing to the eye, everything looked nice and fresh. I walked into the room, 4:30 PM, turned the light on in the bathroom and immediately saw two small roaches. I should have left or at least changed rooms. I went to the store that evening to buy water in preparation for work the next day. I returned and forgot to put the parking pass back in plain sight. Didn't make it to work the next morning, my car had been towed. Why do they bother asking for car details. The driver could have verified the car before hooking it up. That evening, I go over to the TV area and the counter is crawling with small roaches. I inform the front desk and I get moved into another room. I walk in the new room, turn on the bathroom light and what, a big ol' roach. Can't wait to check out in the morning. Hope I'm not taking any souvenirs home.

I stay at this hotel the host/manager names Charles never provided me with a parking pass for my car end up getting towed with out my notice I was in the streets scarf looking for my car feom1-3am crying with no money or food then I asked the hotel to refund me for the issue the costs me and they yelled at me and didn’t even look on the cameras additionally I find Roaches the room didn’t sleep all night I paid my last $200 for the towing and Uber I left home hungry crying this is a nightmare matter not recommended.

The dinning facility gets a 1-star. Service & Food was very poor. I had a large group of 20 people for dinner and half the group left due to service was at a snail pace & server came back 20-30 unexceptional later to say they didn’t have 2 main meals on the menu. We asked for an additional server to assist with taking orders & getting our drinks but the manager said no & he did not offer to help his server. The food was awful for those who stayed for their meals. I hated the vegetable side dish and the ribs were all fatty. The whole process for dinner from start to finish was 2 hrs. This was unexceptable and a huge disappointment for me and my group. I will not book this hotel for next year’s Biketoberfest.

Several rooms were smoking Marijuana and it stuck the entire floor. Complaining to the desk clerk did nothing. The elevator broke several times. The floor was wet in the 1st floor hallway. The bar closed before 8pm.

The work staff at the hotel was great.. The frnt desk staff was great.. The issue with this hotel was the roaches....... We spoke to the front desk they changed our room but we saw them in that room as well.. It really made our stay BAD... I will say the staff was exceptional.. It was just the bug problem

The property was new and updated! However, the dehumidifier in the room was never attended to and we dumped it on a regular basis. We never had our bedding changed in 5 days. We had to ask for towels and the floor was always wet. Laundry facilities were out of service and the vending machines were empty- Totally understand the that after the hurricane something’s were out of service but the housekeeping staff was present but again we never had our bedding changed and we spoke to other guests that the same thing happened to them. Ms Gwen was awesome and helpful!
