Love this place. Staff is friendly and considerate. Changed one of our rooms to accommodate my friend with a broken ankle so they didn't have to climb stairs.

This is a small and old hotel but the rooms were clean and the area quiet and the location is perfect just steps to the beach. You can watch the sunrise every morning. I would definitely book again if I was in the area.

A restful time with a great view
My wife and I just returned from a stay at the Beach Front Motel for the first time. As other reviews note, the place is older and needs some updates and TLC, we felt right at home from when we arrived. I have to say the staff is very easy to approach and sincerely wanted to help make our stay as nice as possible and attended to a few minor issues very quickly. I loved the location as it is literally right across the street from one of the beach stepladder entrances This area is MUCH better for the quiet beach experience than around the Pier, especially after the entrances become more accessible. Being able to see the ocean direct from the hotel was amazing. I must admit we picked an excellent weekend weatherwise, as we had no rain the entire time. 😊 Back to the hotel, in the room, the beds were very comfortable and we did not hear any traffic from the street. While the room A/C is on the loud side, it did not run continually. There is a refrigerator with a small freezer and a microwave. We found a table underneath our desk we could pull out. The Wi-Fi was adequate. We had two chairs outside our room (#6) where we could lounge looking at the ocean side view. I would say that the Beach Front was a perfect place for us to stay as it was in a quieter area, but close enough to the shops/restaurants only a short drive away. Our experience was even better than we both could have asked for, and we look forward to possibly an Ocean Front room.

Older property but was clean and the bed was comfortable and the price was reasonable. The beach is rt across the st. & the staff was very nice, I would definitely stay here again!

This property is a Motel with a hotel standard in everything . Clean, amazing staff, convenient on walking distance to the beach and restaurant’s, quiet and most important family friendly. I would recommend it and definitely stay again. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

A great little piece of paradise.
The Beach Front Motel is retro: Cozy, clean and comfortable. No frills but all the staff was accomodating. Will go back again.

I’m old school
This Motel is old school and comfortable. It always seems to attract the “older” crowd, I’m 60. I love that there is nothing on the beach side and nothing over 3 stories high. The neighborhood surrounding is quiet and a great place to get in an evening walk. Everyone employed there is super nice and always making sure your stay is good. I do hate that there isn’t a pool but if there was, it would probably attract the younger crowd so I am good with no pool. 😊
