Property had a decent location; staff was ok, pool area is old, hot tub didn't have any jets, just stagnant water and air systems in the rooms are VERY loud.

It was ok but a lot of noise comes thru the door that connects to the other room. I also took a fall in the parking lot because it was raining and I stepped on the white pained arrow and slipped. Told the office they did not seem to care.

I liked how customer friendly the staff and hotel was for me. I really enjoyed my vacation there. I also loved the handicap accessible ramps to the beach and the property. It made the difference in my vacation. I am using a power wheelchair.

Property was right on the beach. Great views and ocean sounds. Updated, but some details not updated, e.g., some mold or decay next to bathtub, bottoms of bathroom and stairs doors dirty and decayed. People that worked there were very nice and polite. Helpful to have enthusiasm when welcoming guests, but we understand everyone has things in life that can affect mood on occasion.

Beautiful view nice room, but hallway smelled wet. The other room we got smelled a little weird. Happy hour free drinks was cool but we had a lady that barely understands English because I asked for red wine n she kept trying to give me rose wine. Would have tipped her but didn’t bring cash on my vacation. So when she gave me my drinks she forced her tip jar to me. Did not appreciate that because it felt super pressured, it wasn’t even a real bar. Never returned to get another “free” drink because I decided to go pay for my drink and tip a real bartender then get an ungrateful face from a non bartender for not carrying cash. Other then the ungrateful lady the hotel was cute.

This hotel was really nice… we enjoyed the quick cold continental breakfast in the morning. The rooms were big and comfortable. Only downside was the AC wasn’t the coldest and we were hot when sleeping. The views are beautiful from the balcony and the access to the beach and pool was perfect. For the price, can’t ask for any better than this! With free self parking!
