You won’t regret booking this, we were so nervous because of how the smaller places have a bad reputation but this one was amazing. We felt so at home and so safe. I highly recommend booking this if your looking for a Hilton quality room at a discounted rate.

MUCH better than anticipated

My wife thought she booked a hotel, but was a bit mortified when she saw it was a motel. Let me say, it was clean and while it is a self check-in place, when I had a question, it was answered within minutes via text with helpful information. If you've ever stayed in a route 95 motel between VA and FL, then this place is like the 5 seasons in comparison. Clean, comfy, convenient and an incredible value for the location. Don't expect a 5-star Manhattan hotel, but for a clean and reasonable priced spot on the shore, give it a try!

Welcome to Rockville

Check in was a breeze. I was asssigned a unit and all the relevent information was provided to me. Location is excellent if you looking to visit the beaches or just hang out in Daytona. Room was comfortable with a desk, fridge, microwave and a seperate sink. Shower does take a little time to come to hot temperature but when it does it feels great after a long day.

The property does not have an onsite attendant. The rooms were fairly clean. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The hot water in the shower took about10 minutes to start working. The unit next to us were fighting and arguing all night. Slamming doors. In the morning, several kids right outside our door getting high. Place just didn’t feel safe.

Love the direct path to the ocean across the street. Could’ve used a mirror in the main room for hair and such while someone in bathroom but by no means nothing we couldn’t make so without.

Great place great price!

We arrived very late and were in the bottom level. At first it was a little scary but when we went inside we were pleasantly surprised! Exceptionally clean and modern. In the morning we could see that it was a very safe area and a perfect location. Right at the beach but just the right distance away from the busier parts of town. Everyone we met was very friendly and accommodating.

Bedding was not very clean. No daily room service or typical way to contact for service. Room for as buried around back of the building. Shower curtain had a straight bar and the curtain pulls at you. Probably the number one reason I was not thrilled.

Beware

When I came into the room it looked like the bedding had not been changed from the prior persons stay, just made. There was stains all over the bedding, black curly hair and makeup on the pillowcase and the tv was left on. When I texted (all text communication no humans on site) the property to get my whole bedding changed they called me immediately and told me they would change it in the next hour. She was not overly apologetic in any way and actually seemed quite annoyed that I wanted new bedding. When she showed up to change the bedding she was not welcoming at all and probably said 3 words to me. There is no chair or anywhere in the room to sit besides the bed, so when she came to change the bedding I stepped outside to let her do her thing because I felt so uncomfortable. She came out the room with all the bedding in her hands said all set and walked around the back of the building. I immediately went in and checked my outside pouch of my backpack that I stupidly left out and my Bose headphones were gone. I don’t have proof that they were stolen BUT I JUST USED THEM and that is the only explanation unless someone stole them off my back while leaving the airport coming to the hotel. I didn’t even bring it up because I was in FL for my dads death and already had enough to deal with and I knew nothing would come of it but the next person thinking about this hotel needs to be made aware!! Just because I complained about unsanitary bedding doesn’t mean I should get robbed!
