The hotel is old and looks like it hasnt been updated in 20 years. The carpet is stained everywhere. Its gross. The wallpaper up and down the hallways are scratched from housekeeping pushing their carts along it. This hotel was such a disappointment. I’m not sure how or why its received good reviews. Its one of the grossest hotels I’ve stayed at. Shame on them for not updating for the past couple decades.

Our stay at SpringHill Suites was excellent. Room was a good size with a sitting area with a couch. Bed was very comfortable. Gabriel, the front desk host was the best part of our visit. She was so friendly, provided us with everything we asked for. She greeted us every time we left and returned from an adventure. Always asking what we did and how we liked it.

We stayed for 3 nights. The best were the worst I have ever slept in. The AC never really got cold. Our room was never cleaned in those 3 days. We only got a refresh of towels once as well. The breakfast had the worst selection . Same things day in and out. The pool didn’t drain properly… there was always big puddle of water when walking anywhere around the pool area.
