The property was just average and didn’t meet the standards I’ve come to expect from La Quinta. While my room itself was fine, the bathroom needed attention—the toilet seat was loose and nearly falling off. As for breakfast, it was disappointing; I’ve seen better offerings at a gas station. Overall, this location didn’t live up to the usual La Quinta experience I’m used to

Neat, very clean facility. Rooms are spacious. Rooms have very fresh and smells good. Check in was very simple. The staff is very friendly. Wi-Fi works well. Overall, excellent.

The property was dirty inside and out. Pictures online show that the property was neat and clean. I was very disappointed when I got there The staff was friendly as they needed to be. The breakfast did not look good. They bagged their own bread in ziplock bags, very unsanitary. Beds were uncomfortable. I remember years ago that La Quinta Inns were clean, had comfy beds and great breakfast. Overall I was very disappointed in my stay.

We have stayed here 2 or 3 times to attend the nearby Dayton/Xenia Hamvention. The facility is an older unit, but in pretty decent shape for what they charge. We did have to change rooms 3 times to find a working AC unit. I must say the staff has always been polite and helpful. The continental breakfast is not much, but it will hold you for a bit if needed.

I had to switch rooms. The first had obvious spill stains on the wall, on furniture, and reeked of cigarette smoke. The next room was cleaner, but that isn't saying much. The second room needed some maintenance work. I was charged a pet fee but was afraid to let my small dog's paws even touch the floor. I wrote to the general manager and never heard back. Apparently they're satisfied with being filthy. I would not stay here again.

First of all when you walk, the dog poop in the front door had spiderweb a lot of insect at the corner of the room and the Bath tub was flaking out and the bed boxspring was falling apart all the cloth from the boxspring was under the bed was just creepy and breakfast was terrible. Four days we were there was the same thing. Sausage gravy biscuit first day was no eggs. The second it was eggs, really disappointed.

Wall plug in our room was falling out the wall, tub was worn and peeling, a little difficulty at check in despite pre-checking in hours earlier. Breakfast was...ok. Looks like they had a renovation a few years back but used cheap materials that won't last. Rate was decent though for a suite. The couch was very wore and the cushions were discolored. The bed was VERY comfortable and they provide plenty of pillows. It's weird how many hotels only give you three small pillows for two people in a king size bed. All in all .. definitely a 4/5 but there is room for improvement compared to the pretty stiff competition in the area.

The hotel was nice but the main lobby bathroom needed cleaning and in my room the bathroom needed some maintence. Also the air conditioner in the room could not ajust the dirrection of the air flow, so the air was dirrectly on the bed and i needed to change its direction. Other than that the breakfast didnt have no kind of meat at all because the hotel doesn't have afull kitchen to cook anythin. Needs upgrading.

Stayed here May 2nd-3rd room was VERY muggy/humid air did not work. Then as we were packing up we found a half dead roach in the corner of the room. Broken computer chair. Lots of stains on chair. Dripping tub.

The property was as expected. The bed was comfortable and the room inviting. Wished the breakfast included some form of protein other than the eggs. Cereal, waffles, toast, biscuits and gravy were available along with the egg discs.

The La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham was the best hotel of my trip to Ohio. It had only two minor issues that needed to be address. 1. The smoke alarm was hanging by its wires! 2. There was no toilet paper holder in the bathroom. Both simple repairs. I stayed at two other hotels, one was nice, but not on the scale of the La Quinta Inn, and the other should be condemned and bulldozed to the ground! I would recommend this hotel as it is clean, centrally located in Fairborn and freeway close.
