Handle to microwave in room was broken. Refrigerator in room didn’t work and it had a pan of water under it where it had defrosted. The floor under the ac/heater dipped into what felt like a hole had been poorly patched. Our key card to the room needed redone 3 times in two days. Pool was ice cold. Tv remote didn’t work after replacing batteries and reprogramming it. Didn’t get full range of channels like room next to us did. Paint on walls was dirty. We will find a different spot for next year.
The staff are very helpful and friendly.
Our problem was with the inside of our room. The towels looked very soiled,(they had yellow stains or brown stains on them), our shower curtain had blood stains on it along with one of the bedspreads. One bedspread had a hole in it. Someone was smoking in one of the rooms and the smoke floated in the hallway and in our room. The smoke was like this for several days. Our bathroom door did not lock. Everything always seemed very damp in it. Things were locked up at night that the staff could not get into until the next day. (like toilet paper). The handicap signs were nailed to a white board and it looked nasty and unprofessional. The carpets were really soiled and dirty. The breakfast was always the same thing for our 6 day stay. They never had any fruit, one morning they were out of yogurts and orange juice until the net day. This is our third stay in this hotel and somehow it seems to be going downhill.
Enjoyed staying at your property. The staff was very friendly.

Sheri was very helpful. Only thing that could’ve made this trip perfect would have been the temperature of the pool. It was very cold. Other than that! Very relaxing stay!
There was a fire in the second floor air conditioning unit and we were evacuated for a couple of hours in the late evening on Friday. Staff did not keep us informed of anything had to hear everything second hand from other people staying at the hotel. Really gave my daughter a scare
The room was spacious and nice looking until you really look at it. The doors have veneer peeling and missing. The tub has finish wearing off and is different shades of white. Some staining on some of the furniture. It just needs a face lift
Rooms were clean. The staff member that checked us in wasnt helpful at all. My daughter and iI was charged twice for our stay and the manager was rude from the moment i started talking to her.because it wouldnt have mattered how nice we were wThe manager needs to learn how to be more professional and courteous. I wouldnt have lost my temper had she not been a whitch the entire time. ( i made a scene,) Im apparently not allowed back there, but i wouldnt go back anyway.

The bathroom tub needs to be reglazed, there was blood on the door frame of the bathroom. I had concerns about some of the electrical outlets and their integrity with electronics plugged in. The TV remote was missing buttons. The hotel was decent enough but the pictures were clearly taken immediately after. The staff were friendly.
