Arriving at 1:00am I didn't like that I was asked for a $200 security deposit upon arrival. No info on website for this, although I was told it was check-in procedure. What is with having to walk through the restaurant to get to the pool? No change area within the pool area means you are forced to be entertainment for diners. No free water in my room (Darwin is hot!) nor was there any information about the facilities the hotel offered. I was happy to have a robe in the room as the air conditioning was so cold and even though I turned it up it was still very cold. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom spacious.

Great location easy walk to shops and cafes. Room was fabulous, spacious, great bathroom and beds with good linen. Buffet breakfast was excellent with a good selection. The staff let this place done! We had to find our own cutlery each morning. The tables were not cleaned after use, another thing we had to do. They just didn’t look happy to be there. Be aware it is a cashless hotel, including the laundry.

Great location, very safe and clean
We got a great deal including the buffet breakfast which was great and lots of food choices. Very good value. Good location with many shops/restaurants and easy view of the bay and sunsets. Short work to bus or e-scooters right outside.
