No hot water over my 2 day stay. The phone in my room had the plug cut..no service. Heat is either on or off. The beds have shredded bed bug bags hanging as well as the box spring dust cover. I comforters are so old that the don't fit pillow top matresses..showing the shredded plastic and dust cover. I took my own blanket and pillow. Thank heavens.

The staff was awesome!! If it wasn’t for then it would be a lower rating. There was some burn marks and stains on the sheets and the bathroom and tub look like soemthing out of a movie with rust stains to boot. Kind of like a poor hotel barely hanging on. But the staff was great and it was warm and looked clean.

The staff seemed nice only 1 pillow each in queen bed n woke with a sore neck. Biggest issue for us is paying a deposit n you enter the room to a desk that’s pitted n not fit for motel setting n before you get your deposit back they take a picture of the room. Furniture looked like it came out if a thrift store n then to charge two seniors 149.50 plus 100$ deposit. I was worried I’d gave to get my deposit back. I ve never booked a queen bed n given 1 pillow each n thin cheap pillows
