Room was not very warm in this very cold snap weather. Decoration getting a bit tired could do with a refresh. Breakfast is not the best, cheap sausage, fatty bacon, dry scrambled egg. However thevroom was clean and decent sized tv. Strange foisty smell in the corridor after leaving lift to 3rd floor. The price i paid was not bad to be fair. But onthe last night (Thursday) therecwas banging and clatteing of furniture from around midnight until around 2am. Workmen doing whatever they were doing and disturbing my rest.

Check in was quick, parking available, they have about 18 spaces under the hotel. Room kept warm, clean and breakfast was fine. Central location so easy to walk to everything in the centre.

Such friendy staff, they couldn't do enough for us, the room was spotlessly clean and really warm. Great location near to a shopping centre. 10 out of 10!

Excellent staff who were very helpful. Breakfast was good but restaurant menu is very limited. The hotel is clean, bright and comfortable but car parking is an issue! 22 spaces on a first come first served basis is problematic.

Ask at the bar on arrival for a glass of prosecco. Told there was non. Told later there some in the cellar to be brought up later. Directions to room rushed and inaccurate. Had to return to reception and request some to take me to my room. No drinking water from tap, both taps ran warm water, had to request water from reception. Car blocked in in the car park. Asked reception for support, they didn't even check if it was a staff car blocking me in. Only response was :we dont keep car reg records". Breakfast cold and condiments were shared from large pots....not very hygienic. Reception/bar staff conduct was very matter of fact. Would never stay again.

Well worth it.
We only had fleeting visit, just an overnight stay but everything was just what we needed. The hotel could not be more centrally located. It was clean and tidy and the bedroom was spacious enough. We used the hotel's underground carpark which was a real bonus. The staff were very lovely and made us feel very welcome. Lastly, the cost was very low for a place this nice.

Disappointed for a Mecure
Waiting a while to be checked in, was a maze to find the room. The room was very outdated and in need of a refresh! The light from the corridor came under the room door and you could hear people banging the doors. I could also hear the people in the room next to me everytime the spoke. Breakfast was a shambles, food everywhere, no many options, not much food left. I ordered 2 fried eggs well done, they arrived over 10 minutes later, one just about cooked, the other runny so I didn’t eat it. Online it says 12 check out, but it was in fact 11.

Nice city centre hotel.
It was a nice hotel, parking is very limited, at night they lock the car park door but you climb all the stairs with your bags to find out. You then have to exit the car park and walk up the street, there isn't a bell or sign to warn you. Bedrooms are also a small trek using two lifts from reception. Rooms and bathrooms are nice and cery well equipped. Wifi is very good too. Bar is nice, staff are exceptionally friendly and food is tasty.
