Gave us a room with frozen up air conditioner. Moved us to smoking room while telling us it was nonsmoking. But the smell of cigarettes almost knocked us down and the walls and curtains were yellowed. I am allergic to it so they ended up putting us back in the room with non working air. Refused to refund our money. Completely unprofessional and rude man that worked the front desk! Will not return!

Had to go to 4 different rooms before one was usable. 1st room the door was unable to lock, 2nd and 3rd room were visibly dirty, and 3rd room the bathroom door had no lock. The handle was held on with duct tape. The advertisement also said breakfast, but there was not

I'm very pissed off
Well the hotel is under remodel. So we kind of understood some of the issues with our room. Like the rubber base boards coming off. The vinal blind's had some holes in it. But did not understand why 3 of the lamps had no lamp shades on them. There was cigarette burns in the blanks that was on the bed. And the one that pissed me off. The day we checked out. I look on the floor under the desk. And there was a weed vape. No it was not a cigarette vape. I'm a retired deputy sheriff. I know the difference. Oh and if you want pictures. My wife has them.

Filthy! Hair everywhere! Dirty handprints on towel and wash cloth. Most disgusting carpet and curtains! Candy shoved in cracks around headboard and refrigerator door broken

There were bed bugs, black mold, cigerette burns in the linen, bathrooms were not cleaned, walls were splattered with WHO KNOWS WHAT, floors were not vacuumed! AC face plate fell off the unit.

The walls have black mold on the behind the toilet and they enter the room and didn't clean but the next morning me and my wife found a tracking device that had been placed on my wife's purse. They evade your privacy the whole time that you are there. The staff wants to argue with you able the rooms not being smoking rooms when you can plainly smell where they have been smoked in . The AC doesn't work like it should it just blow out hot air and stays froze up.
