Hotel is vintage style. Old. But has cool features about it. Overall hotel was cold. No heat in common areas. Hotel restaurant staff are young but need more training. One individual could not keep his hands out of his pockets in the restaurant. Slow service as well. Wasn’t thrilled here.

The rooms are clean and comfy. The only issue is the bathroom "pocket door". Hard to close and hard to open. The only thing I would give zero stars is the in-room coffee. Horrible.

Heritage Hotel is a rustic property, perfect and very convenient for those visiting Heritage Village. Facilities are nice , clean, but the bathrooms are a bit outdated and basic for the quality of the rest of the hotel. Everything is clean

The Heritage property is getting pretty old and in need of some renovation. Odors in the stairwells and carpeted common areas have become a concern during our last two stays which were two years apart.
