Property is a little outdated. The rugs could stand to be replaced because of stains and fading etc. price was good. The room was serviceable for our needs. We stay there when we visit our son at WCSU West campus.

Convenient location. Some wings definitely need upgrading....very smelly with mold, mildew etc. we moved rooms and the more updated room was much better. Loved the separate seating area and two TV's. lovely front desk staff. Grumpy bar waiter. Thanks for the late check out.

Nice room. The room was very quiet, which surprised me because it’s located near a highway and a busy area. Staff at front desk was very nice. I’ll def be staying here again on my next trip.

Nice upgrade to a suite which was a nice surprise. The bed was very comfortable, the staff friendly and professional, and breakfast was on site for a fee. Plenty of parking with no noise which we really liked. We will definitely stay again!

good location off 84, but ok hotel
Good location off of 84, ok hotel. Customer service not great: man on phone was rude when asked about an early check in, kind lady at desk was the only one working and took awhile to check in (not early!).Room was ok: heater/ac/fan was loud & inefficient making room stuffy and also a dirty medical glove was left on lid of toilet. The breakfast was ok, but not worth paying $14.99 per person as a hotel guest. Was here for a family wedding so probably wouldn't stay here again when visiting CT.
