The room has no working ac, the room was not described correctly on web page compaired to what we got. The elevators were on the other side of building and you had to go through the whole hotel to get to room. The rugs wete dirty and torn. Wallpaper ripped. Tub backed up.

This Hotel has really gone down hill. I've stayed here for the past 3 years in a row for an annual event but I will not be back to the Ethan Allen. My latest stay was on the first floor. The carpet in the hallways was filthy and smelled. Both TV's in the room were not Smart TVs and only one got any TV channels. When I checked in they had messed up my booking and were going to put me in a handicapped accessible room with two separate beds for my wife and I. The receptionist kindly offered to upgrade my room for over $100 more. When i declined she miraculously found a room with a single bed for us. Buyer beware.

My experience at this property was exceptional from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and quick, and the staff were friendly and professional. The room was spacious, spotless, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I loved the cozy atmosphere and attention to detail in the room design. The surrounding area was peaceful, yet close to restaurants and attractions. Overall, it was a great value for the price, and I would happily stay here again on my next trip. Highly recommended!

Don't use

Made a mistake in booking. For some reason the app gives a date of a week later. I was tired after 10 hours on the road. So I booked something nearby not realizing it was for a week later. Of course my reservation was not in the system. The desk employee went above and beyond to help me out. She was wonderful! But I had to pay for the night. Contacted hotels.com about it. They are refusing to reimburse me for the mistaken reservation on the 28th and the hotel manager is refusing also. So I'm out $125. I'll never use hotels.com again.

Beautilful lobby, rundown rooms

Night one, the room I checked in to had a huge wet spot on the carpet. The TV remote didn't work. Room and furniture were pretty shabby. The second night, room was run down but fine. Both rooms, the bathroom faucets didnt turn off right. Both rooms had mini-fridge and microwave. This hotel has mini suites with two double beds and a separate area with a pullout couch, great for families. (Must book a suite.) Bar is good, not open Sunday/Monday. Beautiful lobby and outside courtyard. Exercise room is tiny. Pool outside. Has many function rooms but the noise from events did not travel.
