The room we got was dirty. Beer can and chip bag from previous people found. Room smelled mildewy. Maybe mold or dirt around sliding door. Mattress was super uncomfortable. We were told pool was heated. It was not.

The location is great. The hotel is very old and dated. The carpet in the room was badly stained. The bathtub porcelain was stained due to age and use. The hotel is akin to a rundown Motel 6.

Great location to harbor, but not worth it.

It's an old place, yes, but no excuse for not being clean. Accumulation of dust and dirt, hair in shower, over-used towels that don't absorb. Guests in the next room were loud and rowdy at 2am and kept us awake with their conversations on the patio, along with music and pounding noises... both nights. Ugh! Great location to harbor, but not worth it.

Really Run Down

Really run down. The only thing this place has going for it is its location. Basically a Motel 6 on the Marina. No maid service and if you need anything like fresh towels you have to get them from the lobby.

The location is great overlooking the harbor. We always enjoy staying there. The only thing is that the parking used to be free but they charge $15 per day now and breakfast is not good anymore also.
