We were there for the NCA competition and were affected by the mass evacuation due to a suspected shooter. Therefore we decided to leave early due to the stress caused by the situation. We decided to reach out to the property to see if we could get a refund for the day we did use and they were not helpful at all, even though we had a very valid reason. Very disappointed at hotel management. Will not be staying with them again.
