The hotel was nice enough, and unique. The food options were very limited and we had to order Uber Eats most nights. The TV set up was old and it was really annoying to get onto streaming services (they need the new system with the QR codes…). We had used the car service one night but then they said they were on their way to get us, and my 12 year old son and I waited outside of the American Airlines Center for over an hour in the dark and no one showed. We finally got an Uber. Pushed the button to have our room cleaned while we were out during the days but it was just cleaned twice. We had to call for more toilet paper. Beds were comfy, snacks were good in the room and the shower was amazing. Super friendly staff.

We stayed here for five days and when we were checking out we were charge 305 dollars and part of that was a 150 dollars of amenity fees for WiFi. I wish they were a clear communication about these fees. The service was okay but sometimes we could request for stuff and take forever to get them and sometimes not bringing all what we ask.
