Great place, customer service always amazing! Only negatives was the limited turkey bacon for breakfast, no other options for meat, & the AC. I had to adjust the thermostat on the unit even though it said to use the wall. After that, the room cooled. Overall, good stay.

Really great hotel. Very clean, ample parking, great breakfast, nice lounge area to relax/hang out and play pool. Convenient location for travel to Murphy, Allen, Richardson and surrounding areas. Lots of restaurants within walking distance (chilis, whataburger, Bavarian grill, red lobster) Hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful. Only downside was thin walls, but we were in a conjoining room (not with the other occupants) so I think the walls were extra thin. Only woke up once to sound in a three night stay. Room was spacious, but very minimalistic (as most new hotels are). Had everything we needed though - ironing board, alarm clock, USB ports, mini fridge and bonus, a bath tub! Would definitely stay here again.

Didn’t have the best rapport with the young man at the front desk. Asked multiple times to see the manager as we had a fraudulent company issue that poised as Expedia. After showing him or Expedia bill, he questioned our deal as if it was too low. He then gestured to say “well I guess I’ll give you another night”. I replied we already paid for 2 nights, you’re not giving us anything. I asked to speak with his manager again to give me the information for my bank of the fraudulent account that tried to cancel my stay. He continued to elude that she was not present and brushed me off. I let him know if the company was able to infiltrate their system but not Expedia’s, there may be an issue with their systems that they needed to look into as my Expedia information etc never changed but theirs did. I still need that information from them as my credit card was billed $1178.
