The staff was great the room was cleaning but they don't cleaning the room or give you fresh towels unless you ask for them the next day. And no microwave in the rooms for the price it should have a microwave and free parking. This is why I give it a 4 star motel 6 have microwave in the room.

I booked and paid for this hotel weeks in advance. I called the hotel at 3pm to ensure that I could check in at 10pm as my event wouldn’t end until that time. I was ASSURED that I could check in as late as midnight and my room was guaranteed. When I arrived at the hotel, I was told they were fully booked and my room was sold to someone else. I was disregarded when asking for a manager and told to call on Monday. I was traveling alone with 2 small children and after 2 hours of unsuccessfully attempting to secure another hotel, I had to drive back to Houston in the middle of the night.

Unnecessary fees for a subpar stay.

Stay was fine. Beds were uncomfortable. Elevators were sketchy. We were charged for parking but were not told about this up front. They also added damages hold that was not listed when we booked. So prepare to pay an extra $100 when you arrive. And $15 per night to park.

I didn't like that they didn't have a pool. Alot of sites like expedia showed it having a pool. If i would have know it didnt have one i would of never booked a room, worst get away with the family became of that, we were really looking forward to getting in a pool..

The breakfast was delicious and the room was clean. The staff was very friendly, but the bed was broken and made a noise every time you moved. The hallway smelled like a toilet bowl, and the bathtub had water accumulating and wouldn't drain Other then that everything else was good .

I picked this hotel specifically because of the location, anemnities, and rooftop bar. The rooftop bar is under construction, that wasnt clear when i booked and i was very disappointed
