Great hotel in questionable area

Service is as amazing. It was a bit difficult finding the entrance and the surrounding area is pretty sketchy.

We were there for the Dallas marathon. The parking for the hotel was very unorganized. They made you valet, it took a long time, and the next day they couldn’t find my key fob. Very unprofessional. The hotel itself was fine and comfortable.

The Hotel had an old musty smell and had a lot of wear and tear. The one luggage cart available was duct taped together. The building and rooms need a serious renovation to update all areas. I ended up canceling my booking and stayed elsewhere
