I had an amazing stay at The Westin Dallas Stonebriar Golf Resort & Spa. The staff were very helpful and friendly, the room was clean and spacious, and the amenities were nice! I would definitely recommend this resort to others.

For paying so much for a room, id expect the air conditioner to work properly, the slide for the pool to not be yellow, and the complementary breakfast was worse than military rations. I will not be back. You advertised this place as a frand resort and dpa and it felt more like a hospital. I will say the down bedding was great. But elsewise, wont be back. We prepaid our room, and when we got there we still had to pay another $25 service fee. Just overall disappointed

The staff made our stay amazing! Just a few things; please clean the mildew from the waterfall at the pool, it would take no time! The pool bar attendant didn’t acknowledge me while I stand there for about 5 minutes, a simple “I’ll be right there with you” would have been enough. There also wasn’t any shampoo in the shower, so I washed my hair with body wash :)
