This place looks great from the outside . When you leave the lobby is where it gets dicey. My floor had very dim lighting . Felt kind of dingy and dark. Staff at front desk is uninterested (one lady with dark glasses could care less). Housekeeping does NOT speak a word of English. Had to try and communicate via google . Sorry but this should be a basic requirement that they can understand “soap” or “towel”. Was weird : Then the final blow was I had medication stolen from my room . Yup . Unfortunately I didn’t see it until I returned but I stayed alone and only housekeeping had access to my room on the last day so I know it was them . I have returned now for 3 weeks and I have had to do the follow ups on this again I don’t think they are that concerned . A well managed hotel would be immediately taking action . I think there’s a real inside job in housekeeping happening . It wasn’t a small amount . This caused a huge inconvenience to me . Obviously don’t stay here.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful. The staff is very helpful and readily available to serve you. However, a couple of things that stood out that I did not like were that in the gym, the door of the trash was broken off the hinges, the water dispenser inside the gym was filthy and the coffee maker in my room was missing a piece so I couldn’t actually make any coffee. I brought this to their attention, they offered to replace it but their replacement was also missing the same piece so I couldn’t make any coffee at all. I waited until the diner opened to get coffee with my breakfast. Other than these couple of minor things I enjoyed my stay and would still come back.

The valet services were a 0/10. Had to wait and circle back around the hotel twice, then eventually had to go inside and get their attention as they were seeing cars waiting outside but didn’t care to get up and go outside to valet these cars. I was watching them sit there and socialize looking at my car and didn’t care to come out until I went inside.

they didn’t have our room that we booked so they upgraded us. the “upgraded room” had a huge red stain on the carpet to the left of the bed. The bed was a brick & the bathroom was not cleaned properly. This place is usually our go-to when coming to Dallas to visit family but this stay really changed our minds.

Lobby is nice . Hotel has a dark dingy feel. Staff is NOT friendly . I complained about something on checkout and guy said oh well hope we did okay on other aspects … ahh no that’s not showing concern or customer service . They honestly don’t care . I am in customer service for reference so willing to see past many things but it just was all round bad .
