The biggest problem with the low review is not the hotel itself but booking through Expedia I always seem to get the worst rooms the hotel has. My room was located directly below the gym. So absolutely no sleeping in for me.

The Joulle in the Ctosn in Dallas

The staff really makes this hotel the Joule in the crown of Dallas. Gorgeous building, staff were amazing and people were all round lovely. They left me a welcome note in my room which I thought was a lively touch. Exceptional hotel, upgrade on arrival, and food was great in both restaurants. I was looked after from the beginning to end. Thank you to all staff for looking after me. Hopefully get a another chance to stay in the summer time.

While it is a beautiful hotel, it is in need of some upgrades. I was looking forward to a staycation and catching up on my shows and cable tv was their only option. A staff member walked into my room without knocking while I was half dressed. My safe did not work. One restaurant was closed Sunday and mondays which was disappointing. The spa was the most enjoyable experience of the stay.
