When I got to the property the staff was not professional, after I checked in I was told they were overbooked so they would have to down grade one of my 2 king bedroom to 1 double beds. Which is fine I didn’t mine. But once I got to the king bedroom with pull out couch, there was no fridge or microwave like stated in Expedia. Also there was a piece of a condom wrapper on the floor. I also had to reach out to front desk to see if they had the blanket for the pull out couch and they told me no, those were locked up with the housekeeping things. But that I could go and get a small blanket. Which I had no option too. I was also awake by overhearing the next door room guest talking at 2am. The walls are paper thin. Overall when I come to Dallas I will not be staying here again!

Unprofessional and poor customer service

Reserved a room for 2 nights. Got into our room the first night but the second night we got locked out of our room. We went to the front desk and showed them our reservation. They thought we were lying even though we showed them proof of our reservation and that we had already stayed the night and our stuff was in our room. The lady at the front desk was extremely unprofessional and very rude. They were going to make us pay for another night even though we already had. Finally the lady gave us the key. It was an absolute mess and extremely unprofessional. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Very poor service.

Very clean, looked almost new. Great front desk staff. Room was smaller than most hotel rooms but was set up to to make very usable space. Bed was very comfortable. Great location if needing lodging for the Methodist surgery hospital. For the price this is an exceptional value. Highly recommend.

Nice and quiet. Breakfast was good, but the breakfast hours are 6am-9am(should be 6am-10am for late sleepers). There was a leak somewhere near the bathroom sink, so floor stayed wet. Also sink stopper was broken. Otherwise, was a good stay.

Once I saw roaches and not tree roaches, my entire comfort changed. I had to shake my belongings and took them back to my car to prevent transferring them. It was really disappointing. This is 2025. Those type of roaches is from uncleaniness.
