My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing due to the unsafe parking lot conditions. The lot was dirty, littered with broken bottles, and felt unsafe at all hours. Worse, my rental car was vandalized on two consecutive nights—first, the side-view mirror was broken off, and the next night, the hood was keyed, resulting in thousands of dollars in damages. When I requested to review security footage, I was simply told, “Park at your own risk.” This level of disregard for guest safety is unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here if you value your vehicle and personal security.

Good Stay

Check in was quick. Restaurants and stores nearby. Only drawback I could the water heater running most of the night. Also you are very near to DFW so get ready to hear lots of planes. Staff was friendly.
