Heat didn’t work. Phones didn’t work, so you couldn’t complain about the heat. Front desk didn’t answer my cell phone call to complain about the lack of heat. I got a new room when I walked down to the front desk. The phone didn’t work in that room either. Bedsheet had a permanent stain on it.

Ok at best.

The place was clean, the staff was decent, One of the things I really look for is breakfast, breakfast was late, the staff doesn’t even seem to care about coffee being made as it was cold. When I came downstairs to get some coffee, it was like yesterday‘s coffee. I stay in that very same area when I travel to Addison, I will not stay at this location again,

First there is no restaurant or bar at this hotel. Second there was no hot water for most of our stay and the hotel GM only offered $60 off for out whole stay. I would not recommend.
